Lil Breathers is a children's yoga program that introduces this centuries old practice in a fun and playful way. Yoga, which promotes flexibility, strength, concentration, mind- body awareness and self confidence, can benefit children as early as the age of two. With regular practice this unique form of breathing and movement can help control and soothe children's emotions, which contributes to a more restful sleep, fewer distractions in the classroom and overall, a more relaxed and happy child.

Lil Breathers offers private and group lessons at various schools, community centers, preschools, daycares, yoga studios and homes. Children's yoga sessions are also available for special events including birthday parties, kid's sleepovers, block parties, and family celebrations.
